PASCO employs around 750 Full-Time Equivalent or EFT individuals. Based upon Wage & Benefit Surveys, PASCO is clearly on the higher end of the scale for our industry/field. For employees working 28 or more hours a week, PASCO pays between 64% and 73% depending on which plan they choose, of the their health insurance premiums and provides a generous profit-sharing plan that includes frequent bonuses, life insurance and a retirement plan. A variety of other benefits like Sick/Vacation, time and ½ for Overtime, 10 paid holidays per year, pay differentials for C.N.A.’s (for working weekends, nights, early mornings), direct deposit, travel time, weekly pay periods.
