Evaluations
Each year PASCO undertakes a comprehensive, anonymous evaluation for its clients and employees to assess the perceived strengths and weaknesses of PASCO’s services. Naturally PASCO tries to reinforce what is good and change what is not.
When asked, ‘do you feel that you could make a complaint or notify the office of fraudulent activity without fear of anger or retaliation by the PASCO staff’, the anonymous respondent stated: “The style of leadership and inclusion is a big boost to confidence in being taken seriously without reprisal”.
Statistics
In 2007, PASCO provided approximately 650,000 hours of service, 96.7% of which were CNA./Personal and Attendant Care, to some 525 clients. According to the Denver Business Journal 2006-07 Survey, PASCO is rated #1 among Home Health Agencies in the Denver area for the number of hours/visits provided.
